Direction of use :
Add 2 teaspoons of our pure organic moringa powder to smoothie, yogurt, muesli, chocolate, hot milk. Start with 1 teaspoon if you are a novice.
Also to make a mask:
2 to 3 times a week, pour in a bowl 1 teaspoon of Moringa powder, 1 teaspoon of clay (bentonite), 1 teaspoon of moringa oil or extra virgin coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Mix well until a consistency is obtained, let stand 2 minutes in the refrigerator.
