How to use

4 to 8 teaspoons per day, equivalent of 4 to 8 cups, taken into hot water.

HOW TO PREPARE MORINGA OLEIFERA LEAF TEA?
Heat 1 cup of water, add 1 teaspoon of dried loose moringa leaves “INSPIRE ME”, let steep 3 to 5 minutes. Use a tea filter to separate out residue. Add a slice of lemon and / or honey. It’s ready to taste … Put some ice cubes if you want and enjoy!

MORINGA SUMMER DRINK
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil with 1 cup of fresh raspberries, few leaves of fresh basil, 4 to 6 cloves then remove from the heat. Add 2 lemon cut into slices, 4 teaspoons of dried loose moringa leaves from our “INSPIRE ME”. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes, use a tea filter to separate the residue. Pour the juice into a decanter, add the juice of a whole lime, 2 tablespoons of honey (or maple syrup) and ice cubes. Serve with fresh basil leaves for presentation and enjoy!

MORINGA WINTER DRINK RECIPE
Bring 3 cups of water to a boil, with 1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger (or 1 teaspoon of ground ginger), 1 juice of 2 lemon, 1 clove of garlic and a few fresh mint leaves, then remove from the heat. Add 3 teaspoons of our dried loose moringa leaves from our “INSPIRE ME”, Leave on for 5 minutes. Use a tea filter to separate the brew from the residue. Add 2 tablespoons of honey (or maple syrup) and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Mix everything quickly. Pour into a glass and enjoy hot or cold. This detox drink is ideal for breakfast.
