Eat clean: 4 ways to cook without fat

It is common knowledge that we eat much more fat than we should. Here are four methods to cook lighter and get a healthier diet… 

1 Steam

You need : a steamer or steam basket.

The tip: Put 1 or 2 tbsp of ME Moringa & Curry spices at the bottom of the water container. They will perfume your fish or vegetables with exotic Indian flavors.

2 Grill

You need : a non-stick frying pan, or an electric grill. 

The tip : Add 1 lemon juice to make the meat or fish fluffy and do not hesitate to add 1 tbsp of ME Moringa & finely crushed onions, tomatoes, salt and pepper for a nicely flavoured dish. 

3 Papillote

You need : aluminum paper.

4 Pressure cooker

You need : a pressure cooker or a casserole.

A good exfoliating scrub is the guarantee of a bright and luminous skin. Here is an homemade recipe based on Moringa olifeira, the ‘’miracle plant’’.


How To

  • Using a mortar, reduce the oat flakes in a powder as fine as possible. Mix it with the moringa and sugar. Add the coconut oil. It’s ready to be applied on the face, avoiding eyes contour!
  • This mixture can be stored for up to one month in a clean hermetic jar.

Good to know

Sugar granules help remove the dead skin cells and other remaining impurities. The anti-inflammatory and antibacterial power of moringa prevents redness and irritation, while the emollient properties of coconut oil and oats soften and relieve the epidermis.

It is recommended to proceed gently, in soft gestures, and to exfoliate at least once a week.
