10 cl of coconut milk
1 small papaya (ca. 5 oz/150 g)
1 or 2 tsp of ME Moringa powder
4 ice cubes
Wash all the fruit. Press the lemon make sure you discard the seeds – they add a bitter taste. Cut the papaya and remove the seeds.
Place all the ingredients in the blender with fresh lemon juice and ice cubes, blend until you get a smooth homogeneous and thick texture.
Preparation and cook time: 10 minutes
Ingredients (for 1 serving)
1 cup of vegetable milk *
1 tsp. coconut oil
½ tsp. turmeric paste
½ tsp ME® organic Moringa powder (more at your convenience)
Honey or agave syrup (optional)
Pour all the ingredients, except for the moringa, into a saucepan.
Whisk until the mixture is hot and smooth. Remove from fire.
Add the Moringa. It’s ready !
