The forest fruits smoothie

Ingredients

  • 200 g of frozen strawberries, raspberries and blueberries (or add a few ice cubes),
  • 300 ml of soy milk,
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tsp of ME Moringa powder.

For the topping

  • Use some blueberries, almonds, Goji berries and chia seeds.

Instructions

  • Incorporate into a blender 200 g of frozen strawberries, raspberries and blueberries (or add a few ice cubes), 300 ml of soy milk, 1 tsp of honey, 2 tbsp of chia seeds and 1 tsp of ME Moringa powder. Mix all.
