4 ways to cook without fat

It is common knowledge that we eat much more fat than we should. Here are four methods to cook lighter and get a healthier diet…

1 Steam
You need : a steamer or steam basket
The tip: Put 1 or 2 tbsp of Moringa & Curry spices at the bottom of a container of water. They will perfume your fish or vegetables with exotic Indian flavors.

2 Grill
You need : a non-stick frying pan, or an electric grill.
The tip : Add 1 lemon juice to make the meat or fish fluffy and do not hesitate to add 1 tbsp of Moringa & Garam Masala spices for a nicely flavoured dish.

3 Papillote
You need : aluminum paper
The tip: Put small vegetables with fish or meat in your papillotes, sprinkle with 1 or 2 tsp of Me spices and herbs … Let simmer in the oven for 5 to 20 mn depending on the food.

4 Pressure cooker
You need : a pressure cooker or a casserole …
The tip: Concoct your own broth with onions, carrots, garlic, thyme and laurel. It’s always better than buying industrial cubic broths. Add your meat or fish with sliced vegetables, and simmer the time of cooking.
