How to use ME moringa powder

ME Moringa powder has been designed to bring a balanced diet for a healthier life.

1 teaspoon = 2.5g powder = 7 capsules = 2 ½ tablets

If you are starting with Moringa, the amount to be consumed is one teaspoon. Slowly you can build up to daily dose of 2 teaspoons which is enough to improve the metabolism system.

Higher dose of 3 to 4 teaspoons may be consumed, when a nutritional need is desired or chronic disease.

  • Shake into orange juice, almond milk, coconut water and salad dressing
  • Blend into smoothies, ice cream, sauces, soups.
  • Sprinkle into soup, pasta, salads, vegetables, breakfast.
  • Stir into soups, yogurt, chia pudding, sauces, hot water/milk, tea, tiramisu.
  • Bake into cake, break, cookies, muffins, pizza.
